| Much of the information in this database has NOT been independently verified by my own personal research and ALL information in this database is subject outside, independent confirmation, verification and correction. If anyone chooses to use this information, they should do so ONLY as a basis for their own independent research unless verifiable sources have been cited. If anyone has corrections, please feel free to contact me. No flames, please... I am not a professional genealogist and I don't pretend to be one. Note that much of the information that I have about the earlier generations in this family tree was obtained from other internet family trees, and as such, is not necessarily going to be reliable. In many cases I found different "versions" of the same people in other online family trees. In those cases, I have tried my best to choose the "version" that seemed to be the most plausible. So, please take what you find here with the grain of salt that it needs to be taken with, and I hope you enjoy it! Another note: If you are related in any way to our family, we would love to hear from you. We have lost contact with most of our relatives from second cousins on up. We know who a few of you are, but even though we may know who you are, we don't have a clue as to where we might find you. So, please feel free to contact me, cousins. On that note, here are some things that we know about, but would like to know who has them: BERRY (BÖRJESSON) family information - originals of the information and photos that C. Manly Berry used for his Borjeson to Berry booklet.DECKER family information - Sadie Decker Tate referred to some Decker and Davis items such as the family bible and other information. She said that "Homer's Wilma" probably had them. Do any of the descendants of Homer and Wilma Decker have any of this family memorabilia? If not, does anybody in the family know who does?
NOTE: Where the book A Genealogy and Historical Notices of the Family of Plimpton or Plympton in America and of Plumpton in England has been cited, I have put the person's number from the book in the Ancestral File # field. |
