Another typical Forest Road scene in the Superior National Forest. This was taken in September 1992 on a road that winds down to Lake Superior along the Temperance River near Shroeder. This area is full of maples, and is absolutely breathtaking in the fall.

This photo was taken with a Honeywell Pentax SP-1000 (Spotmatic) camera using a regular 55mm lens and Kodacolor 200 film.

The digital image was created by having it put on on Photo CD, then converting and retouching it using Corel Photo Paint 5 and Paint Shop Pro for Windows.
