Explore Minnesota Little Gunflint
Sunset

LITTLGUN.JPG
This is a shot taken on a very still, spring 1991 evening of a sunset over Little Gunflint Lake. Little Gunflint is connected to Gunflint lake by a small stream that is quite treacherous getting a boat through. Supposedly the walleyes were biting here... all we caught were rocks. ;-)

This photo was taken with a Honeywell Pentax SP-1000 (Spotmatic) camera using an 80-200mm zoom lens and Ektar 100 film.

The digital image was created by having it put on on Photo CD, then converting and retouching it using Corel Photo Paint 5 and Paint Shop Pro for Windows.
