Other: I retired in 1997 after 31 years as an educator, mostly as a media specialist at Tech High School in St. Cloud. Dale and I have 3 kids, Jeff, Greg and Jill who have provided us 9 grandchildren. Jill & Mike and their 3 live within 3 blocks and we enjoy them a great deal. Jeff and Jodi and their 4 live in Grand Forks, ND and Greg and Jo and their 2 live Beaverton, OR. Right now, I'm heavily into genealogy with a goal of preparing some sort of a family history book for our family reunion in June, 2003. I love to read, belong to a bunch of organizations, and travel. Two memorable trips since retiring were to Norway where I visited with three 2nd cousins, saw the log home up the mountain where my grandmother was born and visited the church where she was baptized & confirmed. A second memorable trip was to Israel, we landed the day that Sharon was elected. Our Palestinian guide suggested that this meant an escalation to their problems.

Other: I graduated from RHS in 1956. I attended University of St. Thomas (back then it was St. Thomas College) for two years and then went to the School of Aviation Medicine in Montgomery, Alabama with the Air Force. Upon discharge, I began work at Minnegasco in Public Relations and remained there until retirement in 1996. Since then, I have kept myself pretty busy (don't know how I had time to work). I was very active in community theater here in the Twin Cities for many years, working for the Bloomington Civic Theater, K&S Theater, Lakeshore Players, Richfield Village Players. I also sang in a musical group consisting of 3 gals and 2 guys around the Twin Cities area. A couple of years ago, I purchased a huge theater organ for the house. I had to get rid of my dining room table to make room, so, if you ever stop in for dinner, you are going to have to eat in the kitchen. Sorry about that.

I have been President of the local Richfield/Bloomington council of the Catholic Aid Association for the past ten years. I just finished a three year term on the State Fraternal Advisory Board for Catholic Aid Association. I belong to the Marian Council of the Knights of Columbus in Bloomington. I was Grand Knight of the Council in 1999-2000.

I am very active at St. Peter's Church in Richfield. I am Lector, in the Adult Choir, Eucharistic Minister, Mass Server, and am currently on the Pastoral Council for the Church. I also teach Faith Formation to the 5th grade kids of the parish, attending public schools.

I currently live in the 50th and France neighborhood with my boxer, Molly. The two of us have taken quite a few walks around Lake Harriet. To be honest about it, she takes me for walks around the lake. I lived for years with my kid brother, Billy, (class of 1966). However, he passed away 1n 1996 of cancer of the esophogus. I miss him very much. For anyone knowing him, he was a big guy, and in our younger days, he got me out of a few scraps.

Other: Joined the Air Force right after school and was stationed all over the world which I enjoyed the travel very much. Retired from service in 1975 and went to work at the VA Hosp. I was the Air Force senior
dialysis technoligest. My main job was to train and establish new dialysis clinics in the Air Force, so when I retired I stayed in the govt and continued to work with at the VA Hosp. In 1990 I broke my neck at work and still have to go to PT. Now I'm doing very well which I'm very thankful. I now work in the library and enjoy it very much and looking forward to retiring soon. Connie and I have 14 grand children. would like to hear from class mates.
