Other: I have been in Mankato ten years now -- Yikes, has it been that long?! Orginally came here for school (B.S. in Elementary Education) and then met Jason, my husband of five years. We have a wonderful three year old daughter, Josephine, who I am thrilled to be at home with. I am an OB Educator at the Mankato Clinic; teaching all those expectant Mommies how to somehow cope through labor. Other: Well, almost three years have passed since I've updated this info, and so much has happened...most importantly, we were blessed with our sweet little flower Sophia on 3/19/03. She has brought some needed balance into our lives. Mom has been knocked off her throne, but it's fun having a little princess around. Her two older brothers: Charles (7) and James (4) think the world or her, as do Mommie and Daddy. I still work outside the home part-time. I'm a Registered nurse, and I do disease management, preventive care and teaching, specializing in Asthma and Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease. I worked in the hospital setting for seven years and have enjoyed this change. My husband continues to be in ministry doing a Church plant (starting a church), and he is a Real Estate Agent as well.

Other: I still live in Richfield, working with my family at Morris Nilsen Funeral Chapel (with Steve Pierson - who still maintains his high school hairline) as the office manager. I live with my daughter, Hannah (11) and 2 cats in a little house with a huge vegetable garden. Life is good. Hannah and I took a cruise this past October - soaked up the sun and went snorkeling - had a ball. It's always nice to hear from old friends, so feel free to drop a line sometime.

Other: After I graduated from the U of M in 1995, I went to work for FSI, International in Chaska. After about a year, FSI decided to outsource my position to IKON Management Services and thus began my now five year career in the mail/copy outsourcing industry. I have spent time at a number of different client companies in the Twin Cities area during the last five years and have run into quite a number of faces and names of classmates along the way. I am currently a mail center supervisor at the Valspar Corporation in downtown Mpls, and am slowly climbing the IKON corporate ladder.

I got married in 1999 to Sarah Randall (Hibbing '91) and am very fortunate to have her in my life. We built a townhome in Shakopee and just love it out here.

Other: I'm still living in South Minneapolis with my husband, Christian. We now have two daghters, Lauren Adele born in September 2001 and Isabella Holmes born in December 2003. They're wonderful, but they sure keep me busy.

I'm at home with my girls during the day, work part-time as a Health Educator in the evening, work with a chiropractor a couple of times a month, and have a Mary Kay business, as well. I never thought I'd be doing any of it, but I love it! I feel like I have the best of all worlds -I get to be with my girls, use my education (sort of), and spend time with my girlfriends.

Other: Hi everyone. I'm still working as a police officer for the city of Pasadena, TX (east side of Houston). I still hate the hot weather down here!!
Most of my free time is spent hanging out with my two boys, Riley 8 and Ryne 5. Both are involved in sports all the time so we are always on the go.

Other: I am an RN float for Fairview Clinics Metro and Regional lakes. I recently bought a house in Forest Lake that has 2 1/2 acres of land with my Husband Adam. He is a hard worker in the Pipe fitters Union. I have a son who is 10 years old, his name is Jesse he is really into sports. We have a dog (Mandy) and a love bird (Pete).

I train in new nurses and am a CPR instructor. In my spare time I hangout with friends and family. I would like to have another child in a couple years and work part time. I love living in the country but hate driving into the city for work.

Other: After high school I went to college and then married fellow RHS alumni Steve Dunstan (class of 1989). We moved to TN for five years while we both pursued advanced degrees (mine in law and his in bio-medical engineering). We welcomed a baby boy, Max, in 1997 and moved back to MN a few years later.
Steve died suddenly in 2005 and my world changed in an instant. My life now revolves around my son, which usually means baseball, hockey, and football practices, clinics and games, and trying to help him grow up happy and healthy.

I am still at 3M, currently a senior administrator in the Total Health and Productivity Management group. More specifically, I am in charge of plan design, policy, and compliance for our self-insured medical, dental, and disability plans. It keeps me busy, and in era of new legislative and regulatory concerns, it certainly is never boring!

Other: Hello everyone!. I totally regret not being able to get to our class reunion to see my old friends. After high school I did many different jobs and wasn't sure of where I wanted to be with my career. Eventually I thought of becoming a Graphic Designer and some day an Art Director. I am now currently a Graphic Designer for a small marketing company in Minnetonka and loving it! I design interactive CD roms for a small marketing company that does marketing for community banks. Even though I have had a few good relationships, I have never gotten married and I don't have any children. I hope someday to meet that special woman so I can get married and have children, but in the mean time life is good and I am in no hurry to make that happen. Other: It's been awhile since I've visited the site, but I still love reading about what everyone is up to. We've been in Tulsa for a little over 2 years now and I'm surprised to admit that I'm really starting to like it. We live in a great neighborhood where I feel safe letting my kids run around; I'm working as a preschool teacher with 15 of the nicest women you've ever met (my surrogate family!); we've found an amazing church where we're watching our children thrive in ways we never imagined. Ian is now almost four and Harrison, my 14-year old stepson has lived with us, full-time, since we made the move to Oklahoma. What an experience living with a preschooler and a teenager! It's one I wouldn't change for anything. Our other child, Melissa, turns 16 next month, and bless my husband's heart (and insurance rates!), she is counting down the days until she gets her driver's license. Thought I would update. Eric Ahrens and I have finally gotten married. We decided to keep it simple so we took my three boys and went to Las Vegas with our good friends and their two daughters. It was wonderful and we had a great time!
I am still teaching in the Osseo District as a teacher for students with autism, and I just completed my Masters in Developmental Disabilties and Certificate in Autism at the University of St. Thomas.
My boys are 8,7,and 6 now and doing wonderful. They keep Eric and I very busy with all their activities and energy. We love (almost) every minute of it!

Other: Alot has changed in the past 4 years since I have updated my posting!! I am still with the St. Cloud Police Department. I have been working here for 12 years, time really flies when you are having fun. I am currently a sergeant assigned to the investigations divsion. Kind of like Law & Order, but not everyone is good looking :)
I have been married for 2 years. My husband Pat is a firefighter for the City of St. Cloud. I also have a stepson, Nick, who is 9. That has been a bit of life changing event, but it has definitely been a change for the better.
I am starting a new venture in my life in January, I am starting to teach at St. Cloud State University. I am looking forward to a new challenge and I can't wait to get started. I will stay at the PD full time and just teach in the evenings.
Besides work, my husband and I have been doing some traveling. We recently returned from a 21 day trip around Lake Superior in our camper. That was amazing!!! I recommend it to anyone who loves the outdoors. This winter we are also looking forward to a ski trip and a week in the Mayan Riveria in Mexico.

Other: Well, it has been several years, so time for an update. First of all it�s great to see how all of you are doing. After High School I attended and (believe it or not) graduated from Mankato State with a Law Enforcement Degree. Also in College I married my beautiful wife Cyndi Hilton(RHS �89)in 1993. We moved to the cities and I got a job at the Chaska Police Dept. where I�ve been for over 11 years. I am a trainer and enjoy teaching arrest tactics. We have two very handsome son�s Colton (8) and Carson (6). I really enjoy coaching their sports watching them grow into little men. Other: Well - TN turned out to be not quite what we expected...mainly because we were surprised to find out we were expecting again and with a third child on the way and a husband that travels, I didn't want to be so far from family (a.k.a free babysitters). Where we wanted to live in MN was too expensive for what we wanted so we ended up by my dad and wife in Iowa (just outside Cedar Rapids). I actually love it. We have a corn field in our backyard yet we're still just minutes from a SuperTarget. The schools here are one of the top in the country and the community is very friendly. We hope to get back that way sometime in the future but with my hubbies career who knows where we'll end up next. (we had another boy 7/28/05 - Conner William 10 lbs 2 oz)

After graduating from UW-Eau Claire in 1995, I moved out to Washington, D.C. to do volunteer work. Loved it! I stayed out in DC for three years before deciding to move back to the Midwest to earn my teaching certification and my Masters in Education.

My husband Dave and I have been married since 2002. We have two boys, Daniel born in 2005 and Oliver born earlier this year.

I am still a high school Spanish teacher in a Milwaukee suburb. I have been able to travel with students to both Spain and Ecuador. What a great way to see the world! (I must say that I do prefer traveling with my husband than with a group of 50 highschoolers!)

Other: Okay, so I moved in tenth grade to Bloomington and graduated from Jefferson. I still feel like Richfield is where I grew up with all of you. I even thought about coming to the reunion. It would have been to see all of the friends I left behind when we moved.

I have a 14 year old son Zack, yep born two weeks after I graduated (June 1990). His father was my high school sweethart (we never got married, but he still is a great dad to Zack and has been throughout his life) I married Bill in 2001 and we had our first child AJ (Austin John) in 2003. Other: I began college at Bemidji State and ended up completing school at Winona State with a P.E./Math combination. Work began with subbing around the SE MN area and landed me at Rochester John Marshall High School. During this time I met and married my wife, Darcy (formerly Doubek RHS '91). Also during this time I kept active with coaching swimming and eventually became an assistant coach at Saint Mary's University of MN. Two years ago I was offered the Head Coaching position and have been there ever since. It is a flexible but hectic position and even allows me to keep up with my other hobbies like hunting, fishing, and retriever (dog) training. In adition to this I also spend my summers as the Head Coach of the Winona Swim Club. Darcy had been teaching for the past 6 years across the river in Wisconsin (still thinks the Packers SUCK), but has recently accepted a position as a Guidance Counselor at Rochester Mayo High School.

Wow! I can't believe what you all have been up to! Busy, busy, busy. Anyway, about me. I have 4 childen. And get this! Three of them are triplets! Ha! Beat that! Two pregnancy and 4 kids! I have Ally, Brianna, and Cristin who are in second grade and age 7. My son is Nick who is in the seventh grade, yes, Junior High! He's 13 and plays Hockey for Bloomington Jefferson as a Peewee. Other: Hi to all! It is so interesting to read about everyone. Jason and I moved to Andover a couple of years ago to be near our business in Ham Lake (ISR-Insurance Salvage Recovery). We are an auto auction and salvage pool, mainly for insurance companies. Things are going very well. I graduated from the U of M with a BA in Sociology. I am glad that I finished, but what a colossal waste of time! I have been happily married for almost thirteen years. I support Jason and our business in a variety of ways, but my main focus is our six children: Catalina-13, Morrison-6, Dalton-4, Peyton-2, Josie Pearl-1, and Layla Grace-arriving summer 2006. I am officially "old" now that I have a teenager. I can sense the requisite grey hairs developing already! I spend most of my time driving to hockey, basketball, piano lessons, gymnastics, etc., as well as fending off amorous Junior High boys! Other: After attending University of Minnesota for about 2 years, I was offered scholarships to attend the University Honors College at Arizona State University. The school borders on Phoenix and is a great place to go to school...sunny 360 days a year:)I have finished a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Sociology and now finishing up a degree in Mathematics. It took me awhile to finally figure out what I really wanted to do. As I finished my psychology degree the honors program required a thesis and advanced statistics courses which I really began to enjoy, so I decided to obtain a degree in math and statistics. During this time, I have worked as a data analyst and a consulting statistician. In the fall, I will be attending UCLA PhD program in mathematical psychology. Other: Hi everybody!
It's so fun reading where life has taken us all after leaving the nest of RHS. Yowza! It's hard to believe it's been 17 years since we graduated Time flies!!!!

As for me....
For college, I went to St.Kate's (St.Paul campus), along with two of my very best grade school friends - Ellen Wittman (now Tronnes) & Abby Hoppe (now Sluice). College was an amazing experiene. I loved every bit of it! :)
In addition to getting an excellent education, I was blessed with getting to share the experience with 2 great friends, & made some more great, lifelong friends. My major began as Elementary Ed., then changed to Education, with specialization in Education for Parents of Children with Special Needs.
However, I did not graduate. I began experiencing some severe respiratory issues during Fall semester of my Senior year, & half way through finals I ended up in the ER at UMMC. By the next morning I was in ICU on life support, dangerously close to "giving up the ghost". To this day, my doctors say that my surviving & not having any cognitive damage from severely high CO2 level & cardio-pulmonary adema, was a miracle. I am LIVING proof of the power of prayer! I thank God daily. To me, each moment is a gift and tomorrow isn't guaranteed. So, I live each & every moment to the fullest.
Occassionally, I consider going back to finish the last few credits needed to get my degree. Maybe someday I'll actually do it. :)

I'm living in a condo in Edina (Centennial Lakes). I've been here 14 years. It's a beautiful place to live. I love everything, except that it's in Edina. Just barely though. :) Kids that live at CL attend Richfield schools. So, when people ask, I say my address is Edina, but I'm from Richfield. :)

As for work, I work in market research.... I am a product & service tester/evaluator for quite a few reputable market research firm panels. I enjoy it alot - getting free stuff to test & keep, & get paid. It doesn't pay a ton, but enough to help get bills paid.

I'm single, & have no children. I do have three adorable God-Children, & get to be Auntie to all of my cousins' & friends' children. They all bring so much joy to my life. And they totally have me wrapped! :) I love them all to bits! :)

I see & keep in touch regularly with several Richfield friends who are like family - Ellen & her husband Eric Tronnes (RHS 88?), Abby Sluice, Paul Muilenberg, & Claire Wittman (now Dombrock).

Other: For almost 2 years now I have been working for the best company that I have ever been with. Yeah yeah, it took me a while to find something that I was interested in. The name of the company is Allianz Life. We are a life insurance company, and located in golden Valley. I have found a home in the information and technology services division, and love it! I got married when I was 24 years old, and am now single again, enjoying that while I'm still somewhat young. My closest friends are all Richfield graduates, which are Jason Hoopman, Ron Cornelius and Laurie Cornelius (formerly Laurie Wilkins). Both Jason and Ron work for Allianz Life as well. I'll get them to add their profiles to this website soon. From the sounds of it there must have been 3 people that actually went to the reunion! Hope the next one is different. Other: Update...Very fun to see the updates on people's lives. Our third child, Ella Marie was born in September, 2002 and I am pregnant and due in March with our 4th babe. Haley is almost 6 and starts kindergarten this fall and my son, Jesse is 4 1/2 and is the coolest kid ever. I stay home with my kids and love it. There is never a dull moment around here with 3 kids, 2 dogs, a couple hermit crabs...it's awesome. Desiring to tie up loose ends from my past, I also decided to go back to school and finish my degree. I begin classes next week. Other: I graduated from St. Cloud State University in 1995 with a degree in Meteorology. I spent 4 years as a Lead Forecaster at a local firm in Burnsville. I was hired as a Senior Meteorlogist at Northwest Airlines in December of 1999. I am still with Northwest and am the Secretary/Treasurer of our Union.

I was married to my lovely wife Jolene on November 8th, 2002 in Dickinson, North Dakota. We have lived in our Apple Valley town home ever since. We welcomed our first child, Alex Lloyd, on July 19th, 2007. We love our son very much and he is such a joy.

Jolene and I enjoy traveling and have developed a special fondness for Walt Disney World. We also were artists on a Doghouse Days of Summer statue in St. Paul back in 2004. I have been involved with the sport of curling for the past three years.

Other: I have been married for 6 years to Tom Groehler. We have a beautiful, energetic 19-month old daughter named Kyla. We also have a dog named Ema and a cat named Bud. I recently graduated from the College of St. Catherine with my Master's Degree in nursing. My plan (and hope) is to work as a nurse practitioner for the elderly. I am currently working as a public health nurse for the City of Bloomington where I have worked for the past four years. I love to spend weekends at my cabin swimming, fishing, and being merry. It was fun to read about all of my old classmates especially you ex-tapaires out there.
