Comments: Where did you get the Drum Cadences from? I am a member of the U of M Marching Band and my roommate is in charge of the Drumline page- just wondering?
Webmaster's Note: I got it from a 25 year old memory of a drum cadence that we used in the Richfield High School marching band back in the 1970's and sequenced it in MIDI myself.  I'm pretty sure that it was an Elliot Fine composition, but I'm not positive.  I'm also not sure that it's "all there" either.  25 years is a long time. ;-)

Comments: Martha-

I love your web site. Well done! I heard about it from a fellow classmate in a Web Page design class. Her name is Kathy Johnson and she said she is a friend of yours. I am creating a web page for this class and am planning to use one of the wood grain background GIF's from your archive. I looked far and wide but yours was the perfect solution for my page. I will, of course, list the proper acknowledgements. Thanks!

Comments: Hey, really liked your shed...but please....how do I know that
picture postcard of the loon on Northstar lake really is Northstar
I've been there....that picture could be anywhere in Mn or even
Iowa...Do they have lakes there?
Webmaster's Note: Hmmm... well, I guess you'll just have to take my word for it.  I was there staying at the Big Timber Lodge... I took the picture... yes it is at Northstar Lake.  Oh, and yes... Iowa does have a few ponds that they call lakes. ;-)

Comments: I had actually found this site when we were in Texas and I still had AOL. I forgot the name of the site and wished I hadn't. Now that we are stationed in Japan at NAF Atsugi, I was searching the Minnesota web and re-found it. You don't know how happy this makes me. I have missed being in Minnesota for many years and this is my way of coming home often. This site will be put into my favorites and I will visit everytime I get homesick.. Thank you.

Comments: Hi
found your site(s?) quite by accident when using an address finder on the web...not quite sure how, think I clicked something I hadn't intended to. Backed to previous page, then did whatever I had in mind.
Two weeks later I remembered (vaguely) the site and spent 20 min trying to find it, mostly because I remembered nothing I could really use to get here...names, places, etc.
Main interest is Minn site...links to local sites, spur-of-moment rec opportunities, etc.
Decker's are apparently an ambitious lot...awful lot of content here in your pages, for just a "spare time" hobby.

thanks!
Webmaster's Note: Classical Gas was actually made famous by Mason Williams if my memory serves me right and I'm sorry, but I haven't run across that one in digital format yet.

Nice to find a "home" site. I am originally from Minnesota and
get back there every year for a visit, but I am missing the place
and the people. I will stop by from time to time. Cheers, Gary.

Comments: Hello Friends!
Great! Great! Web site you have. Lot's of "stuff"
for we webber's to see and learn from!
I love "clocks" and "timers"...Is there a HTML tag
code for the "The Time Now Is...In Minnesota" time
box on your main page?
THANKS a lot!
Bug Man & Ladybug.......... =+=
FYI I would like to use a photo of yours for our web
site..TWO ISLAND LAKE..with credit given. PPT/s
Webmaster's Note: The clock you refer to, unfortunately, is not done with HTML code.  It is a Perl script that runs on my server and is incorporated into the page using SSI's (Server Side Includes).  If you have full Custom CGI capability on your site and would be able to run SSI's I would be glad to email the source code to you.

Comments: Found you by accident. Lived in Cloquet and Duluth for 8 years then I moved to Colorado. Love Colorado but miss Minnesota. When I found your web page and the midi file was Turn Around - a song I used to sing to my little ones when they were growing up - needless to say NOSTALGIA!! Thanks for doing this page. It's great.

appreciate your page - and he was definitely right. I find myself
returning about weekly just to see what's new. Links at your site
have probably branched this 62 year old in as many different directions as any site I have ever visited. Don't stop now!

Lawson Software (lawson.com)
That's a pretty big one!

Overall it's a great site! Thanks for all your hard work!

Comments: Hi! I am really glad I "stumbled" into here! I have been trying to locate some friends I have lost touch with, the only info I had to go on, was knowing where they are attending college. Thanks for helping me find lost friends! I am sure I will be swinging through here again soon.
