Comments: I was looking for a really nice scenic backdrop for my computer, and after trawling through the piles of crap altavista came up with (searching for photos of minnesota) for an hour or so, i was very pleasantly surprised to find this site just when i was about to give up and get some (much-needed) beauty sleep. your photo of the river in flood fits the bill very nicely indeed (although 800x600 would be even better!!). You have been bookmarked...

Comments: I've looked at your listing for the MN ISDN users group. It appears to have been DOA for some time. Time to do some pruning in the woodshed.

In all other respect (well OK, most other) this a great resource for those of us fortunate enough to live MN!! Thanks for the good work!

Comments: Hello, as far as how I found this page, my keyboard
(I use WebTv so it's a cordless keyboard at that)
was on the floor and a cat walked across it. Not
realizing this it took me to a website that had
nothing to do with Minnesota at all. Then I
thought...ya know, it sure would be a heckuva good
deal if someone were to make a site about
Minnesota...so after looking for a bit, I found this
one. Anyhoo, I'd also like to add that this website
changed my life. I realize that sounds extreme, but
it isn't altogether untrue. Via this site I located
the site on Lake Superior College which is where
I'll be attending school this fall. Then the pics
of Lake Superior and surrounding areas also found on
your site really clinched that decision for me.
Thanks and keep up the good work...people really
can be affected by this site...I'm living proof!

Comments: Thank you from Portland Oregon. Many summers spent when I was a boy with Dad on North Shore. Hunting agates, staying at a friend of my Dad's cabin-Ken Wright. Knew the Feigals at Thonsonite point and old Mr. Schmild the Thomsonite collector.

So many memories. Waves lapping the gravel beaches. Time ago.
Last on North Shore in April 1998. Visiting Bob Lynch's great agate shop in Two Harbors ( Agate City ). The best such shop and a man who knows Lake Superior Agates deeply.

Minnesota never leaves my heart even though I came to Oregon to climb the mountains and walk by the ocean. But at least twice a year I come home. Go to Moose Lake Agate days. Visit with the many agate collectors I know in the state. Enjoy.

Thank you for what you have created here. Come see my Oregon some day. Oregon/Minnesota different but the same. My life.

Agate collectors are invited to contact me-whether you enjoy Lake Superior Agates, Oregon thundereggs, or others from around the world. Beauty incomparable is there in abundance.

Comments: I spent 20 years of my life in Coon Rapids - froze my butt off!! I live in Phoenix, AZ now, love the heat! My parents still live in Coon Rapids, they have been there since 1965 and I don't think they'll ever leave. I miss seeing the changing of the seasons, I just didn't like living all the seasons in one day. You know what they say about Minnesota, if you don't like the weather now wait ten minutes, it will change. Thanks for the website. It helps me remember why I moved. One thing hasn't changed, no matter how bad the Vikings play football, they could never be worse than the Arizona Cardinals.
Thanks.
Go Vikings!!!

Comments: I am a die hard fan of Minnesota. I lived there most of my life, until I married a military man from Coon Rapids, and my life hasn't been the same. I miss the great educational programs for children, softball and other community sports, no other place we have been offer what MN had offered to me growing up and what they offer now to my friend's children now. North Carolina where we are now is so lame when it comes to extra activites for children and adults.

Comments: Love your site! A friend told me about it. I manage the Family Travel Forum for Expedia, where we share tips on travel for families and seniors. We have three live chats each week and four bulletin boards.

I don't see Expedia on your list. Check it out--it has some great information for travelers. You can shop for airlines, hotels, car rentals, tours and get info from travelers who've just returned from the area you plan to visit. Expedia also had a 360-degree photo each week, Fare Compare for the latest fares and travel news bulletins. The URL is http://expedia.msn.com

Comments: Found your web pages from a link through a fellow in Texas who is a displaced Minnesotan, http://www.n-link.com/~jecker/. Really appreciate all the work you have gone to in preparing the site. There are some great links here and a lot of information, even for someone who lives in Minnesota. I've bookmarked your page and will start here when I want to get information related to Minnesota. Thanks for all the hard work.

Homepage: Custom Rubber Stamp

Comments: I found my home page listed here under crafts. We are not really a craft company. Our main business is business stamps, daters, and embossers etc. Our customers include St. Jude Medical, Rosemount Aerospace, Honeywell, Alliant Techsystems, American Medical Systems, Norwest Banks, TCF Bank, Law firms, Medical offices, etc. etc. etc. I feel we are listed in the wrong place and would be better placed with the not so big companies. Our company is 41 years old and has been providing rubber stamps to businesses and individuals throughout that time. Our service is same day on regular rubber stamps and selfinking stamps. Thank you for including our site in your listing but I do feel we are in the wrong place.
Thanks again,
Jim Grimes
